Out of the Shadows and into the Light

The 10th of September is World Suicide Prevention Day.
At dawn each year, Lifeline Canberra invites members of our community to walk with us and remember those who we have lost to suicide.

You can walk to remember a loved one, as a personal tribute for a friend or family member, or to show your support for Australians experiencing emotional distress or mental illness.

This event is free to join and is a reflective observance for those attending. No fundraising or registration fees are required.
